Academy League<\/span><\/h2>\n

Below please find information & instructions for your child’s soccer\u00a0classes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Safety:<\/strong><\/span> For the safety and well being of your child a parent\/guardian must be present at all times.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attire:<\/span> <\/strong>Shorts & T-shirts are best, colors don’t matter, as we have different colored practice vests for games. Age 4+: Cleats and shin guards with socks are required (No uniform; colored pinnies are provided for team games, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n

Nutrition:<\/strong><\/span> Prepare your child the way you would<\/span><\/p>\n

normally prepare them for sporting or exercising activities. Allow ample time for food to settle before practice begins.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hydration:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Dehydration is a common cause of energy depletion and can be avoided by simply drinking water frequently before, during and after practice.<\/span><\/p>\n

Getting to the field:<\/span><\/u> <\/b>Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the class begins; this way your child is ready to start at the beginning of practice and not trying to catch up.<\/p>\n
